Delete Your Account & Data

FieldPe — field-staff management for facility & security agencies

This page explains how to request deletion of your FieldPe account and the data associated with it. You can request full account deletion, or deletion of specific data while keeping your account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@ledgerbook.app from the email address you use to sign in to FieldPe.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my account (for full deletion) or Delete my data (to remove only specific data and keep your account).
  3. Tell us what you would like removed.
  4. We verify your identity (to protect your data) and process the request within 30 days, then confirm by email.

If you are an employee added by an agency, some work records belong to your employer. We may need the employer/account owner to confirm deletion of shared business records (for example attendance and payroll history the company is legally required to keep).

What data is deleted

Upon a verified account-deletion request, we delete the personal data we hold for you, including:

Deleting your account also stops any further background location collection for you. You can additionally turn off location at any time by revoking the permission in your device Settings.

What data may be kept, and for how long

After these retention periods, remaining data is permanently deleted.
